The Harvester is a 6,000 sq ft mid-century modern building located in downtown Smithville, Tennessee, and within miles of scenic Center Hill Lake. The entrance of our space includes the International Hall - with three modern chandeliers, a catering kitchen with walk-in cooler, and glass garage roll-up doors that step onto The Mid-Town Patio overlooking historic West Main Street.
The Flatwoods Concert Venue, a climate-controlled room with 18’ ceilings, includes The Yella Dog Lounge, The Black Walnut Bar and Mezzanine, a 500 sq. ft. stage that showcases a 1929 brass chandelier from the Noel Hotel (now known as the Noelle Hotel) in Nashville, TN. Our space is equipped with a built-in sound booth and elevated video/photography platform, ice machine, and high-speed internet.
